Born 8-31-1945 in Taft California. Laura was the oldest of the five Hunter children. At an early age she developed a maternal nature towards her 4 younger siblings. After marrying Jim she received custody of sister Rhonda and brother Kenny. Laura and Jim's home became the nucleus of the Hunter Family. Their residence in Ontario CA (The Bergener Ballroom) was also a nucleus for an extended family of friends as well as family. A good time was had by all. During her children's younger years Laura was a stay at home mom but in the mid 1970's she became a real estate agent. Today Laura lives in Devore CA where she continues her maternal instincts on her growing brood of grandchildren.
