Gene was born in 8-27-1924 in El Paso Texas. He died 1982 in Tustin California? Gene was an alcoholic and his wife Louise left him in 1959. He had a stroke at 48 years old that paralyzed him on the left side. He knew that the Phlebitis in his legs could make him have a stroke if he didn't quit drinking, however that wasn't the choice he made. He finished out his life running the black market in his convalescent home.

Gene went to school in Douglas AZ. He lettered in baseball, football, basket ball, and track. He got a scholarship to AZ State Univirsity however WW11 interupted the scholarship. Gene also acted in high school theater. He met and married Louise in Douglas AZ.

In 4-46 Gene a Louise moved to Las Vegas. 1948 back to Douglas AZ, 1950 to Long Beach CA.

Gene lived in Las Vegas Nevada from 1956 until about 1970 ???

Gene also fought in WW11. He was in the 5th wave during the invasion of Okinawa. Gene was wounded in the head by burning ammunition in a crashed burning airplane while trying to save the pilot. For this Gene was awarded the Bronze Star.
